Getting All Grown Up!

Maddy's first day of preschool. Like a fish in water she was. I missed getting the movie going on the initial introductions, but she pretty much raced to the backyard playground area and jumped right in with a couple girls who really didn't quite know what to make of Maddy.

First however was the frying and eating of the much anticipated Fried Peanut Butter and Banana and Chocolate Sandwich. Complete with powdered sugar and jelly. Much fun was had by all.






 


 


 


 


 


 

 

 

Then came the obligatory pictures: In front of the house and in front of Preschool. I don't know why it is so hard to get her to look at the camera but it is.





 


 


 


 

 

 

 

 

 

Finally drop off.

Liam's First Cake

Not technically his first cake. A few weeks before he got his mits knuckle deep into somebody else's piece at a friend of Maddy's 3rd birthday. He got full enjoyment out of this though so it is all good.

... and the aftermath. He got some water from his sippy cup into the game and made some cake soup. Notice however that there isn't much cake left.... he ate the whole thing.
