This is what I came home to on Monday: Bobby Darin a la Madison and a garden hose. My only response (prior to getting the camera) was "Oh dear God....."

The Fantasic (Fearsome?) Foursome

People won't believe it at first, that these four phenomenal people are all related...so here is the proof, documented for all of eternity. Or until silicon goes the way of the Dodo and then the onus is upon my descendants to ensure that the media is converted to brain waves or whatever they use for music/movies in the future. Lasers, smell, quantum something and something...who knows, but they will be really, really, smart.

Lost Her Temperature

... so Maddy and I are playing in her room this morning, and she pipes up to tell me that she "cried in here". I put on my concerned face and asked her why she had cried in here, assuming in my own mind that she was referring to a battle of wills during nap time. She continues on in a halting manner trying to get out a word she can't seem to get her mouth around, but finally says "temperature, Mommy lost her temperature".

... a second passes and now, with my quizzical face on I ask "Did Mommy lose her temper in here?". Maddy replies, "yes, Mommy lost her temper".

Apparently Mommy lost her temper and Mommy apologized to Maddy in her bedroom. But maybe there is just a thermometer under the dresser, its is hard to say...

Just 7 weeks old, already hitting the trails...

Liam slept half the way and hung out the rest. Maddy likewise slept half the way and hung out the rest but was very excited to be free of the Ergo when we were back by the cars.

Big Sister, Little Brother

It is pretty obvious who is in charge currently. However, there is plenty of time to butt heads....things are always what they seem.

New Addition to the Nursery

His/Her name is Koala according to Maddy. When I asked if it was a he or she, Maddy likewise informed me "it is a Koala". And so it is.
